How to Buy & Delivery Times

We have made shopping with Tiers and Tiaras Wedding Accessories as simple as possible.

Simply browse the site and when you find an item you wish to buy simply select the quantity and if required enter your choices from drop down menus then click the add to basket button. Keep doing this until you have finished your shopping.

Next click the basket or checkout button at the top right hand side of the screen.

If this is the first time you have used the site simply enter all the required information and then the next button at the bottom right hand side of the screen will guide you through the checkout

If you are a returning customer you can simply choose to Log in to the Tiers and Tiaras site to access your account and to make your shopping experience much quicker!

Once you have entered and reviewed all the required information simply press submit to send Tiers and Tiaras your order

If you have chosen to pay via Paypal you will be connected to the Paypal website to complete your transaction.

For credit or debit card payments please also use Paypal you do not have to be registered with them to pay securely online

Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email from Tiers and Tiaras confirming your order details.

If you prefer, you may order online and pay by cheque or postal order. Simply place your order online† enter your details, and at the payment page select pay by cheque. Print out your order and send payment by cheque or postal order to us at:

Once payment has been received and cleared (cheques normally take 5 working days) your order will be despatched or for personalised or order only items processed further

Delivery
We aim to dispatch most orders, once accepted (Instant Online Payment) or upon received & cleared payment (Postal Order, Moneygram or Cheque) within 2 working days. In the unusual event that we are experiencing an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will contact you via e mail with a revised delivery date. You will also have the option to cancel your order.

Personalised napkin orders take between 5 & 7 working days to despatch, this can increase in busy times, once ordered an accurate despatch date will be e'mailed to you

Order only Items & Personalised items take between 14 & 21 working days before despatch but this is clearly stated within these items description
